Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. A local delivery fee of $11.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) Delivery fee for South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island on February 13th and 14th will be 25.00.
Please place your U.S. order before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone if you are requesting same day delivery. We will do our best to have a local florist accomdate your request, but cannot guarantee the same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. In addition, many florists do not make Sunday deliveries. While we make many same day deliveries, you will be best served by placing your order for any delivery at least one day in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We do not make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. However, on Mother's Day Sunday, and Valentine's Day Sunday, we do make LOCAL deliveries. Please place your order by noon on Saturday. If we are unable to make your delivery, we will contact you following receipt of your order.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders over the Internet.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
